Introducción
El deseo de ser padres es una aspiración hermosa y legítima. La mayoría de las parejas dan por hecho que tendrán descendencia, y pocas piensan, de antemano, que podría no suceder así. Pero cuando aparecen las dificultades para concebir se convierte en un problema difícil de afrontar. Empieza la inquietud e intensas emociones de angustia, coraje, dolor, resentimiento o depresión. También aparecen sentimientos de frustración, se sienten poco valorados, como si fueran una mercancía defectuosa, se encuentran excluidos en fiestas de familias o en la televisión. Todos estos sentimientos y emociones van a influir mucho en el proceso de decisión ante las posibilidades que existen para afrontar el problema.
