RESUMEN
La luxación traumática de la rodilla es una de las reales urgencias ortopédicas. Presentamos un caso clínico de luxación posterolateral de rodilla en un paciente masculino de 28 años de edad y realizamos una revisión bibliográfica en cuanto al diagnóstico, tratamiento, lesiones asociadas y complicaciones de la luxación de rodilla.
