Recurrencia tardía del tumor de células de la granulosa: presentación de un caso

RESUMEN
El tumor de células de la granulosa del ovario es una neoplasia poco frecuente caracterizada por una historia natural larga, generalmente de buen pronóstico y con capacidad de recurrencia tardía.
Presentamos el caso de una mujer con tumor de células de la granulosa tipo adulto, que desarrolló recurrencia tardía con afección del ovario contralateral, diseminación intraabdominal y metástasis hepáticas.
