Presentación inicial de un linfoma plasmablástico como tumor ovárico

RESUMEN
El linfoma plasmablástico es un linfoma de células B poco común. Representa menos de 3% de todos los linfomas no Hodgkin asociados con la infección por el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana y tiene la tendencia característica de presentarse de forma extraganglionar en la cavidad oral. Se reporta el caso de una paciente de 27 años de edad con linfoma plasmablástico que afectó extensamente el ovario, el cuello uterino y los tejidos blandos del muslo, con infección por el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana.
