Disfunción diastólica con anestésicos y cardioprotección con halogenados

FRAGMENTO
El término de
disfunción diastólica indica una anormalidad de la distensibilidad diastólica, del llenado o relajación del ventrículo izquierdo independientemente si la fracción de eyección es normal o anormal y si el paciente está o no asintomático. El concepto de
falla cardíaca diastólica se emplea para referirse a pacientes con signos o síntomas de falla cardíaca con normal fracción de eyección y disfunción diastólica. La anormalidad dominante es la disfunción diastólica con normal o anormal volumen del VI, incremento relativo del grosor de la pared, FE normal y presiones de llenado elevadas.
