Lupus eritematoso sistémico juvenil y colecistitis: Reporte de casos y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN
El lupus eritematoso sistémico juvenil (JSLE) es una enfermedad autoinmune, multisistémica, con una gran variedad de manifestaciones clínicas. Sin embargo, la enfermedad de la vesícula biliar no está bien documentada en los pacientes pediátricos; existen pocos casos de colecistitis en pacientes con lupus juvenil en la literatura mundial. Presentamos tres pacientes con lupus del Servicio de Inmunología del Instituto Nacional de Pediatría quienes desarrollaron colecistitis durante su evolución. Enfatizamos la importancia de sospechar esta complicacion en estos pacientes.
