RESUMEN

El éxito y la estabilidad de la oclusión de los aneurismas intracraneales (AI) se pueden conseguir luego de una adecuada conceptualización y aplicación de las técnicas endovasculares actuales, que a su vez se deben fundamentar en el conocimiento de los dispositivos disponibles y en el análisis de las características específicas del aneurisma y de su vaso portador, a lo que hemos denominado como complejo aneurismático.
