RESUMEN DE LA HISTORIA CLÍNICA (A-07-31)
Se trata de un paciente masculino de 3 meses que ingresa con irritabilidad, llanto, hiporexia y vómito; se presentaron convulsiones tónico-clónicas en cuatro ocasiones. También presentó acidosis metabólica y requirió asistencia ventilatoria.
