Trauma facial en neonatos. Reporte de un caso clínico

RESUMEN

Se presenta el reporte del caso de una niña de 2 días de nacida que presentó una fractura en la zona frontomalar derecha y de arco cigomático, ligeramente desplazadas. La historia médica reportó el uso de fórceps Kielland durante el parto, por posición trasversa persistente.Se describe el proceso diagnóstico, características y el tratamiento brindado.
