RESUMEN
A la enfermedad de Bowen se le considera un cáncer
in situ a partir del cual puede desarrollarse un carcinoma epidermoide, por lo que se requiere de un tratamiento oportuno y eficaz. Aunque en la actualidad existen otras alternativas, el de elección es el quirúrgico. En este artículo comunicamos un caso que se curó con cirugía.
