Cistitis Intersticial

RESUMEN

La cistitis intersticial es una condición que consiste en dolor pélvico recurrente, presión molestia en la vejiga y región pélvica, a menudo asociado con frecuencia y urgencia urinaria. La cistitis intersticial puede afectar a cualquiera. Mujeres, hombres y niños de cualquier edad o raza pueden desarrollar cistitis intersticial, pero esta es más comúnmente encontrada en mujeres (4).
