FRAGMENTO
Lactante del sexo masculino de un mes de edad que acude al servicio de urgencias del hospital por tos, dificultad respiratoria y rechazo a la alimentación.
Antecedentes heredofamiliares. Madre de 22 años sana, con carrera técnica, ama de casa, sin toxicomanías. Padre de 25 años, con primaria completa, desempleado, con alcoholismo social. Tres hermanos del sexo masculino de tres y un año de edad con cuadro de vías respiratorias altas de diez días de evolución y hermano gemelo sano.
