RESUMEN

Se comunica un caso de granulomatosis de Wegener que se manifestó con síntomas respiratorios. Se revisó la literatura sobre el tema, en especial lo referente a la importancia de la valoración clínica y los estudios imagenológicos para el diagnóstico de la enfermedad, así como las modalidades terapéuticas disponibles.
