RESUMEN

Caso. Mujer de 62 años con antecedentes de cirrosis hepática (Child A) por VHB bajo control médico y cuadros de otitis media de repetición. Inicia su padecimiento actual al presentar episodio de un minuto de crisis convulsivas tónico-clónicas generalizadas.
