FRAGMENTO

Paciente del sexo masculino, de 37 años de edad, comerciante, originario y residente de México, D.F. Inició su padecimiento 20 años antes con una «verruga» que en múltiples ocasiones se desprendía al manipularla. Dos meses previos a su valoración en esta Unidad empezó a crecer, ocasionándole prurito, motivo por el cual acude a consulta.
