Uso de quimioterapia en el embarazo

RESUMEN
El cáncer en el embarazo es poco común, entre los tipos mas frecuentes se encuentra el cáncer de mama, linfoma, melanoma y cérvix. El diagnóstico de una malignidad en el embarazo trae una gran preocupación sobre los posibles efectos adversos del tratamiento de la quimioterapia para el feto. Se discutirá y revisara el tema a propósito de un neonato que tuvo exposición a la quimioterapia hasta la semana 20 de embarazo ya que su madre tenía el diagnóstico de linfoma de hodgkin esclerosis nodular.
