Introducción
El trauma a2l OVA se presenta en 5-25% de las lesiones abdominales y es un reto quirúrgico. Se caracteriza por su gran índice de morbi-mortalidad, alta posibilidad de exsanguinación y elevado número de lesiones asociadas.
