Que con fecha 3 de abril de 1995, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el Proyecto de la presente Norma Oficial Mexicana a efecto de que en los siguientes 90 días naturales a la fecha de su publicación, los interesados presentaran sus comentarios por escrito.
Que las respuestas a los comentarios recibidos fueron publicadas previamente a la expedición de esta Norma en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, en los términos del artículo 47 fracción III de la
Ley federal sobre metrología y normalización.
