Parálisis de los nervios radial, ulnar, mediano y musculocutáneo por el uso de un monitor de presión sanguínea no invasiva

RESUMEN
Se informa un caso de un neonato que desarrolló un síndrome compartimental con parálisis de los nervios radial, ulnar, mediano y musculocutáneo debido al uso de un dispositivo para medir la presión sanguínea de manera no invasiva, durante una exanguineo-transfusión por incompatibilidad del ABO, accidente no descrito previamente en recién nacidos.
