Una niña con VIH/SIDA y tuberculosis intestinal

RESUMEN
Se presenta el caso de una niña de 11 años con VIH/SIDA y una masa abdominal referida como probable linfoma. Su historia destaca el mal apego al tratamiento antirretroviral y durante sus estudios de laboratorio, imagen y biopsia descartan el diagnóstico y prueban que se trata de tuberculosis/VIH/SIDA, con localización intestinal.
