RESUMEN

La timomodulina es un lisado ácido del timo de becerro con acción inmunomoduladora que ha sido usado en la prevención de infecciones respiratorias recurrentes, enfermedad alérgica, inmunodeficiencias y en algunas neoplasias. Su administración oral induce en seres humanos la aparición de factores séricos con efecto modulador sobre las diferentes células del sistema inmune mejorando la sintomatología clínica.
