RESUMEN
Las metástasis cutáneas son poco frecuentes y en ocasiones representa la primera manifestación de una neoplasia desconocida. Aunque la clínica es variable, generalmente se confunde con un proceso infeccioso o inflamatorio. Las metástasis de localización acral son particularmente raras y el pronóstico es muy malo. Presentamos el caso de un paciente con metástasis en las manos y los pies como signo inicial de una neoplasia no conocida previamente.
