Fracturas de fémur en niños. Conceptos actuales y controversias

RESUMEN
Se revisan los principios de tratamiento para las fracturas de fémur en los niños y se dan indicaciones de manejo por grupos de edad, señalando angulaciones y cabalgamientos permisibles. Se proponen los diversos tipos y dispositivos de tratamiento por grupos de edad analizando sus ventajas y desventajas.
