El dolor en la psiquiatría: causa frecuente de atención

FRAGMENTO
El dolor es una de las causas más comunes (Schappert, 1989) y más personales por las que un paciente busca atención médica. Lo hace no sólo para conocer la causa del mismo a fin de encontrarle un remedio, sino también por la incapacidad que ocasiona éste para desarrollar las actividades diarias y por la preocupación que genera (Gureje, 1998).
