Linfoma primario conjuntival tipo MALT. Caso clínico

RESUMEN
El linfoma conjuntival es una rara entidad, se presenta en pacientes ancianos como una tumoración de color salmón, asintomática, en el fondo de saco o en la región perilimbar. La mayor incidencia está entre la sexta y séptima décadas de la vida. Se presenta el caso de un linfoma primario conjuntival de ojo izquierdo con lesión color salmón sobreelevada en conjuntiva nasal. La biopsia quirúrgica incisional con estudio histológico e inmunohistoquímico confirmó el diagnóstico de linfoma B de bajo grado de malignidad (tipo MALT). Se realizó estudio sistémico para descartar afección extranodal, siendo negativo.
