FRAGMENTO

Método: se comunica el caso de una paciente de 29 años de edad que sufrió distensión abdominal durante dos meses. Los estudios imagenológicos que se le practicaron revelaron crecimiento del anexo izquierdo, hepatoesplenomegalia y adenopatías en la región periportal.
