FRAGMENTO
Los tumores benignos de comportamiento agresivo fueron clasificados en 1980 por el Dr. William Fisher Enneking y se caracterizan por ser muy sintomáticos, de crecimiento rápido, por romper la cortical y hacerse extracompartimentales en muy poco tiempo. Histológicamente son benignos, aunque pueden desarrollar metástasis pulmonares múltiples, en particular el tumor de células gigantes, que se clasifica como etapa 3 de Enneking.
