FRAGMENTO

HISTORIA CLÍNICA

Mujer de 48 años, originaria y residente del Distrito Federal, con estancia hospitalaria de cinco días, dedicada a labores domésticas, fumó de los 23 a los 47 años de edad de 1 a 2 cigarros diarios, índice tabáquico 3. La madre falleció por nefropatía diabética.
