Anomalía de la migración neuronal asociada a eventos prenatales y amenaza de aborto. Informe de un caso en un embarazo gemelar

RESUMEN

Se informa de un lactante menor (gemelo II) sintomático, comparativamente con su gemelo I, asintomático; que presentó crisis convulsivas tónicas secundarias a trastornos de la migración neuronal diagnosticado por tomografía de cráneo. Se hace referencia al cuadro clínico, los hallazgos tomográficos, así como aspectos bibliográficos de los trastornos de la migración neuronal, con probable etiología en la amenaza de aborto.
