RESUMEN

Este reporte clínico presenta el tratamiento de una paciente que acudió a la Clínica del Posgrado de Prostodoncia e Implantología de la Escuela de Odontología de La Salle, Bajío, con una prótesis total mandibular y una prótesis removible maxilar, solicitando un tratamiento fijo. Se describe el procedimiento usando una prótesis fija desmontable implantosoportada como una alternativa en la rehabilitación de un paciente edéntulo.
