Las mochilas en los escolares y su asociación con dolor de espalda

Las mochilas más comúnmente usadas por los escolares hoy en día son las mochilas de espalda o tipo «Backpack», son populares y prácticas, especialmente entre los niños y adolescentes para llevar los útiles escolares. Cuando son usadas correctamente son de gran utilidad, sin embargo con frecuencia hemos observado lesiones en la edad pediátrica originadas por el uso incorrecto de las mochilas de espalda, entre las que enumeramos dolor de espalda, cuello y contracturas musculares de hombros.
