Hematoma subdural crónico intraespinal e intracraneal simultáneo.Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN

Se presenta el reporte de caso de un paciente de 68 años con hematoma subdural crónico intracraneal e intraespinal simultáneo, con antecedente de traumatismo y alcoholismo. Se han reportado 16 casos en la literatura, múltiples patologías han sido asociadas a esta patología. El mejor estudio de imagen para realizar el diagnóstico es la imagen por resonancia magnética. Existen múltiples estrategias terapéuticas yendo desde el manejo expectante hasta el drenaje quirúrgico.
