RESUMEN

El diagnóstico y tratamiento de los tumores vellosos ha presentado una evolución en los últimos años. La incorporación de la ecografía endorrectal y la ecoendoscopia gastroduodenal, ha mejorado su estudio. La resección endoscópica transanal (TEM) y las resecciones transanales, así como un mejor conocimiento de la fisiopatología, han permitido reducir la morbilidad postoperatoria y la tasa de recidivas. Presentamos nuestra experiencia en los últimos 12 años en todos los casos de tumores vellosos del tubo digestivo.
