Dermatomiositis asociada a un tumor poco frecuente: Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

En pacientes con dermatomiositis se sabe que existe mayor riesgo de asociación con patología maligna, aunque no se conoce una causa precisa de esta relación. Se han descrito casos tanto en tumores sólidos como en hematológicos. Presentamos el caso de una mujer de 74 años con diagnóstico de dermatomiositis, en quien se encontró una masa paratraqueal y lesiones hepáticas que corresponden a un carcinoma neuroendocrino.
