Poroqueratosis lineal

RESUMEN
Se presenta un caso de poroqueratosis lineal en una niña. Afección caracterizada por la baja frecuencia de presentación y su distribución siguiendo las líneas de Blaschko, constituyendo una expresión de mosaicismo. Se revisan las distintas presentaciones clínicas, su histopatología, los meca-nismos de herencia, su potencial maligno y las diferentes opciones terapéuticas.
