RESUMEN
Este capítulo detalla la relevancia clínica de los diferentes alergenos en escenarios clínicos de alergia a picadura de himenópteros, ya sean abejas o avispas. El perfil de sensibilización molecular corrobora la sospecha de diagnóstico y permite reconocer la necesidad de indicaciones terapéuticas para este tipo de reacciones alérgicas que pueden ser muy graves.
