ASPECTOS BIOQUÍMICOS

La apoptosis constituye un fenómeno importante ya que centra su atención, en el intercambio natural de células, necesario para mantener un organismo sano. Esta forma de muerte celular controlada y silenciosa se distingue de la necrosis en la cual se produce lisis de las membranas celulares, vaciamiento del contenido lisosomal e inflamación.
