FRAGMENTO
La nutrición involucra aspectos biológicos, psicológicos y sociales. Generalmente, se destaca la importancia del aspecto biológico por ser el de más fácil control por el equipo de salud (nutriólogo, médico, especialista, técnico dietista, enfermera). Lamentablemente, los otros dos se relegan sin considerar que son tan importantes como el primero.
