RESUMEN

Se informa de tres casos de aspergilosis palatina en tres pacientes pediátricos con leucemia (LAL-M2, LAL-M3, LAL-M7). El diagnóstico se realizó mediante identificación de antígeno galactomanan para especies de Aspergillus, examen directo de material necrótico y granulomatoso para búsqueda de micelio y cultivo. Después del tratamiento con anfotericina B dos pacientes respondieron satisfactoriamente, mientras que en uno no hubo respuesta.
