FRAGMENTO

Historia clínica

Hombre de 29 años de edad. Antecedente de padre con hipertensión arterial; madre de 65 años con diabetes mellitus no insulinodependiente. Sufrió lesión neurológica del área de integración óptica hace 3 años: neuritis óptica retrobulbar postraumática, que ameritó el uso de corticoides prolongado; lo anterior secundario a lesión traumática al estar viajando en vehículo en movimiento; amaurosis bilateral al tercer día.
