FRAGMENTO

Paciente del sexo femenino en la sexta década de la vida la cual ingresa como traslado de la Unidad de Medicina Interna donde se encontraba con el diagnóstico de mieloma múltiple e hipercalcemia en estudio. La paciente inicia su padecimiento siete meses antes de su ingreso con debilidad muscular y dolor en extremidades inferiores con limitación importante de su función.
