RESUMEN
El personal de salud prescribe el yoga como un ejercicio que beneficia la salud, el cual por medio de posturas puede llegar a mejorar la estabilidad, movilidad, flexibilidad y balance del sistema musculoesquelético incluyendo la columna vertebral, aliviando así algunos de los problemas comunes de esta última como el dolor lumbar crónico.
